It’s Ash Wednesday, y’all! Are you excited for Lent? No?

OK, I’m goofy. Easter is my favorite holiday. I got out my fiber-optic Easter Bunny and have my Lenten promises all lined up. In honor of the beginning of Lent, I share a throwback flavor from 2012. It’s the first ice cream recipe I ever created. The toasted Peep ice cream I made last year was not my first time at the Peep ice cream rodeo.
